“Triple V, while a new company, is about legacy. Starting with my father Vince, a Journeyman Carpenter and Trade Union leader, whose advocacy brought Scaffold training and the Carpenters and Millwright training college into existence here in Atlantic Canada in the early ‘90’s, paving the path to success for many men and women in our trade.

I followed my father into the trades, continuing his advocacy of apprenticeship training and love of learning. Attaining my Red Seal, Gold Seal and NCSO, I strive to encourage young trades people to pursue their apprenticeship — and continue learning beyond it.

My son, the third generation of Vince’s, is working peripheral to the trades as a Class 1 driver, delivering the goods and materials that keep the industry moving.

My greatest thrill outside my family is pointing out projects I’ve been a part of. Be it bridges, gravity base structures, supermarkets, seniors’ homes or high-rises, I take great pride in my role in the numerous projects I’ve played a part in over the years. Working safely to bring projects in on time and on budget, I take pride in each one.”
